Bitcoin Culture Hub

Context

By the time I founded this in 2025, I had worked Bitcoin from a different seat almost every year: first hire and head of business operations at a Bitcoin marketplace, founder of a collectibles company, community and event organizer through an MBA, advisor to others. Each seat showed me a different face of the same problem. Buyers could not carry a reputation from one marketplace to the next. Students could not turn real contribution into visible proof of work. Companies could not reliably find credible, Bitcoin-aligned talent. Events concentrated hundreds of people and then lost the relationships the moment everyone went home.

The problem I saw

Bitcoin solved the transfer and custody of scarce digital value. It never solved the organization of the people and institutions forming around it. Participation is scattered across social media, private chats, informal introductions, disconnected marketplaces, and documents nobody can find twice. The activity is enormous. The coordination is missing.

Why I cared

I had lived the cost of that fragmentation from every side, and I kept meeting people paying it too. This was the version of a question I have circled my whole life, how people coordinate and what they keep, with real stakes and a real market.

What I built, and my role

Bitcoin Culture Hub is the company I founded to turn that scattered participation into usable infrastructure: identity, reputation, opportunity, commerce, community, and knowledge, connected instead of siloed. I am the founder and CEO. I have led product strategy, recruiting, partnerships, financial planning, business development, and the formation of the first team. The specifics of the current work are still being lived and are documented honestly in the rail rather than dressed up here.

A movement without a home loses its memory. Building the home is part of building the movement.

What happened

The work is in its building phase. The outcomes rail carries what is real today, and it marks clearly where a figure is still a placeholder. What did not work early on is recorded as it becomes worth telling, not smoothed over.

What it influenced

Everything before this reads, in hindsight, like preparation for it. The communities, the marketplaces, and the events were each a smaller version of the same question: how do you build the place where people gather. This is that question, at full scale.
